She’s not exactly known for being cash strapped.
So when Helen Flanagan managed to avoid having to pay a train fare it’s no wonder her fellow commuters were left feeling somewhat peeved.
The ditzy 22-year-old actress was traveling from Manchester to London on a Virgin Train service but had failed to buy a ticket at the station.
Instead she opted to buy one on the train but unfortunately for the blonde beauty, her card was declined while attempting to purchase the ticket.
However, when the ticket instructor recognised who they were serving, they decided to take pity on Helen, allowing her to ride the 200 mile journey for free.
Oh the perks of being a celeb eh?
Understandably, her fellow passengers weren’t exactly thrilled to see Helen getting preferential treatment.
One passenger told The Sun:"If any normal person couldn't pay for a ticket there's no way they would be let on the train."
Another disgruntled passenger also pointed out that Helen isn’t exactly short of a few bob.
"Why should she get to travel for free just because she's famous? And she's loaded,” they grumbled.
She may have riled up other customers but Helen proved that she wasn’t too famous to show gratitude, promptly tweeting her thanks to the train company.
Helen recently got herself into a trouble for forgetting to pay a speeding fine, taking to Instagram with a reminder stuck to her forehead.
