This year's X Factor has some exceptionally talented young contestants — in the shape of our faves, Ella Henderson and District 3.
So when we spoke exclusively with Peter Andre at our #myomgface event over the weekend, we had to ask what he made of the younger X Factor contestants.

If anyone knows what it's like to be famous at a young age, it's Peter. After all, he was a teenager when Mysterious Girl came out. (Good luck getting that song out of your head now)
Peter Andre told us: "The problem is, I did a show like this when I was 16, and I got offered a recording deal live on TV. It was the first time it had ever happened on Australian TV and I don't think it's happened since."
He continued: "Had I been told: 'You're rubbish,' what it would've done to my confidence — it would've destroyed me."

Peter also told us that he prefers The Voice to X Factor because the focus is on the music. At least, we think that's what he said. We were swooning a lot at the time.
He said: "I'm not going to lie, I think it's [The X Factor] a great show, but I'm a fan of The Voice. I like it because you're judging these people just by what you hear and not by what you see. I thought the calibre of talent on The Voice was exceptional."
After chatting to us about The X Factor and The Voice, Peter Andre went to launch our *amaze* competition to win £3000 worth of ASOS vouchers, by encouraging people to pull their best omg! faces.

Peter Andre's album, Angels and Demons, is released on 29th October
