And now it seems that the apple hasn't fallen far from the tree if daughter Hailie Mathers' recent Twitter outburst is anything to go by.
The rapper's daughter launched a tirade of abuse toward Taylor Swift regarding her alleged relationship with One Direction signer Harry Styles.
The 16-year-old had an outburst on Twitter three days ago, accusing Taylor of 'whoring' herself out for publicity.
Ouch.

She wrote: "If @taylorswift13 is really dating the love of my life@Harry_Styles i will not be happy.!
"Dear @taylorswift13, please stop wh*ring around with every guy you see. We all know you're only doing it so you can make another album.
"I am never, ever, everrrrr, listening to your music againnnn @taylorswift13. LIKE EVER. (sic)"

Hailie has now however returned to Twitter to apologise to Taylor Swift for her outburst after receiving a stream of negative responses to her initial post.
She wrote: "Wow. I didnt mean for people to react to my tweet in the way that they have it was just a bit of fun! Sorry @taylorswift13 for my immaturity.(sic)"
She later added:"I believe I'm entitled to my own opinion, but that got out of control. I don't understand why there are 'news' articles written about it ! (sic)"
Harry Styles and Taylor Swift have been reportedly dating for the past few weeks.
Unhappy One Direction fans previously left the singer a number of death threats on her Twitter account when the news broke initially broke.
Well if we have learned anything from this story it's not to mess with a One Direction fan.
