Daniel Radcliffe has confessed to being drunk during the filming of Harry Potter scenes.
The Hollywood star revealed he was drinking "a lot" during that period and would often go into work still under the influence of the booze from the night before.
The 22-year-old, who hasn't touched alcohol since 2010, told Heat magazine: "I have a very addictive personality. It was a problem.
"People with problems like that are very adept at hiding it. It was bad. I don't want to go into details, but I drank a lot and it was daily — I mean nightly.
"I can honestly say I never drank at work on Harry Potter. I went into work still drunk, but I never drank at work. I can point to many scenes where I'm just gone. Dead behind the eyes."

And he explained that he had no choice but to go completely teetotal back in August 2010. He added: "You either have to change something or give into that shame."
The Brit, who is currently doing promo for his first film since the Potter franchise, The Woman In Black, also revealed to Shortlist magazine this week that he was a recluse who blacked out each time he drunk.

He said: "The drinking was unhealthy and damaging to my body and my social life. That's beyond question.
"I was living in constant fear of who I'd meet, what I might have said to them, what I might have done with them, so I'd stay in my apartment for days and drink alone.
"I was a recluse at 20. It was pathetic — it wasn't me. I'm a fun, polite person and it turned me into a rude bore.
"In the last three years of drinking I blacked out nearly every time. Blacking out was my thing."
Daniel says his girlfriend Rosie has helped him a lot/Wenn
And Dan has revealed his girlfriend Rosie Coker has helped him greatly. He told heat she was "a wonderful, wonderful girl, who's far too good for me" adding: "I can also be quite insecure.
"A lot of actors have self-doubt. I live under that the whole time, and it's how I function best. I think she puts up with a lot; she says she doesn't."
