Gareth has been suffering from motion sickness which had got so bad that medics insisted the rugby star leave the ice for good.

Following
his performance, Gareth was looking very peaky as he approached the
judges, prompting Phillip Schofield to be very concerned and usher him
off stage.
This caused havoc for producers who were forced to frantically try and fill the extra time.
This meant we were treated to all three 'save me skates' (however, with no need to save anyone) to pad things out.

Plus, viewers who voted have been promised a full refund after Sunday's public votes were cancelled.
Philip Schofield told the audience: "Gareth is in the skate-off, however due to the nature of his condition we have cancelled the skate-off."
"Viewers who voted tonight can apply for a refund. Gareth has withdrawn from the competition."
Meanwhile, now it would seem Matt Lapinskas is the fave to win after scoring an impressive two 39.0s skating to Michael Jackson's Bad.
