Cheryl Cole also opens up about how she felt when the revelations of Ashley's extra marital affairs came out in the press.
She admits to feeling: "Sadness, physical pain, sickness and fury like I'd never experienced."
The 'Call My Name' singer also admits to flying off the handle when she confronted Ashley over his infidelity.
She told Ashley:"I hope she's worth it. It's the end of your marriage. It's f*****."
Cheryl admitted during her appearance on The Jonathan Ross show last month that she had been in contact with Ashley Cole to warn him what would feature about him in the book.
When asked by Jonathan if Ashley had asked her to take anything out Cheryl admitted that it wasn't up for debate.
She said: ''It wouldn't have mattered if he did, to be quite honest."
''I just thought it would be nice that I gave him the heads up so he can leave the country two weeks before.''
Cheryl Cole is currently dating backing dancer Tre Holloway.
