Chantelle Houghton has revealed that she found text messages on her ex-boyfriend Alex Reid's phone that implied he was planning on leaving her when their daughter Dolly was just 10 weeks old.

Talking to OK! Magazine, the former Celebrity Big Brother winner explained how she had come across messages on Alex Reid's phone to a friend asking for advice on whether he should end things.
She told the magazine: "One night I looked at Alex's phone, feeling like he and one of this friends were plotting something against me, and I found a text from Alex to this man talking about me."

"Alex asked him: 'Is it time to bon voyage her?' Bon voyage me?! I couldn't believe what I was reading."
"Dolly was ten weeks old. I'm the mother of his child and had no idea he was plotting this."
The reality star admitted that after seeing the messages she gave up trying to make things work between the couple.

She explained: "I got to the point where he kept humiliating me — you're not supporting me, why should I support you? Why should I keep protecting you when you don't actually seem to care?"
Chantelle Houghton also believed that the friend who Alex had text was selling stories about the couple to the press.
She said: "I wouldn't want to socialise with Alex's friends because in my opinion they might be very underhand, some of whom I believe have gone to the press and sold stories."
The star wrote this week in her new! column that despite the break-up she would never stand in the way of Alex seeing daughter Dolly.
