He later claims that the residue was covered with carpet shampoo.

Sam Lufti's explosive accusations come as he prepares to take the star to court after claiming she defamed him with her claims that he 'drugged' her during his time as her manager.

The former manager will take Britney to court in the autumn and is currently compiling his 'evidence'.

As well as bringing up comments she allegedly accused him of, Sam is also is believed to want to see Britney grilled about alleged equally defamatory statements her parents made about him.

However,  Sam also claims that Britney told him that her father Jamie was an 'abusive alcoholic' and a 'violent racist' while he was managing her.

Sam is believed to be planning to use footage of Britney on X Factor to prove she is capable of testifying.

Britney's reps are yet to comment but it all sounds pretty messy to us.

The case is due to have it's hearing this autumn.
