Amanda Bynes is believed to be suffering devastating mental problems which may have caused her to drive illegally last week.

Concerns were raised after the former child star was photographed allegedly driving on a suspended licence while smoking an 'unknown substance' from a pipe.
A police officer who was at the scene has told the US website TMZ: "she's addicted to something and she's driving a deadly weapon and is going to kill someone. It scares the sh*t out of me."
Another officer added, "The public should be afraid of her. From looking at the photos, and what she's smoking, she has no sense of reality. If she's not stopped she's gonna [sic] kill someone."
Worryingly, since the news broke, sources have told US website TMZ that Amanda has been displaying odd behavior for a while now.

Members at her gym have since told the website that the actress has been spotted talking to herself or 'laughing hysterically for no reason' during workouts
Other sources have branded Amanda 'unstable', with one saying she has 'conversations with inanimate objects several times'.
In June, Bynes was charged with being under the influence while driving and has been caught several other time driving on a suspended licence.

The child actress will be charged with two hit- and-runs in court on September 27, and if convicted, Bynes could face up to a year behind bars.
It is such sad news what has happened to Amanda and we just hope she manages to get the help she needs.
