Dougie Poynter made his first proper public appearance with his girlfriend Lara Carew-Jones at the National Television Awards last night - and the pair could not have looked happier.
Whilst we're thrilled that the McFly star and king of the I'm a Celebrity jungle is so loved up, we couldn't help but feel a bit jealous of Lara as the pair laughed and held hands for the cameras.

Dougie and Lara looked amazing - and very well co-ordinated in black ensembles, with cute accessories. Dougie was sporting his trademark black headband, whilst Lara donned a bright red flower in her hair.
Dougie Poynter and Lara Carew-Jones looked seriously loved-up at the NTAs last night / WENN, Rexomg! watched from the red carpet as the pair coyly posed for the cameras, and at one point Dougie's fans called out for him. Lara let go of his hand and nodded in the direction of the girls making it clear she was OK for him to leave her to sign autographs. Aw.
We still wish we were Dougie's girlfriend though. Just saying.
