Those lovely members of The Wanted may be off galavanting all over the world. But we've managed to track them down and agree to blog for us every day this week (which we've rather aptly named The Wanted Week).
Day 2 and it's Tom Parkers turn to blog about sounding rough, bowling and beers and the craziest gig of the trip...
Tom is blogging for us exclusively on the road.
"Welcome to today's edition of The Wanted's daily blog from me…. TOM! We've managed to enjoy a day off, which has been much needed.
We've done 3 gigs in a row and needless to say, we're starting to sound a little rough, so a night off is in order.
On the last day off, we got to go and visit the statue of Jesus, which Nathan told you all about!
That was pretty epic considering it was a must see sight. But for this day off, we decided to take the day easy by going bowling with the whole band and crew, which is always fun because we don't get to have too much downtime on the road to just relax and have fun.
Bowling is something we're all pretty awful at....but for some reason or another, we still do it, ha! With a couple of beers in hand and good company, we always manage to have ourselves a good time :)
The following day we had an early start because we had to make our way over to Peru.
We have a gig the following day, which we're being told is going to be one of the craziest ones of the trip.
Not sure how it will do compared to some of the other gigs as it has a lot to live up to. Traveling is always a pain, especially when you still haven't recovered from jetlag, like me. But we're almost there!
