Simon Cowell has revealed the reason he returned to Britain's Got Talent this series.
Speaking at the London auditions the music mogul told one of the BGT auditionees: "This is why I came back to this competition. To find someone like you."
SiCo was talking about 18-year-old Chelsea, an admin office worker, who got a standing ovation (and wowed omg! who were there) for her rendition of 'Purple Rain'.
He gushed: "I had a feeling you were going to be good. It was stunning.
"We're hearing a lot of people trying to sound like Amy Winehouse and Adele. You look like a popstar."
Fellow judge Alesha Dixon agreed with the 52-year-old saying: "You've wiped the floor with most singers we've seen before."
And comedian and fellow judge David Walliams added she was a "beautiful girl" who "could be a superstar".
But Simon has revealed he wasn't always certain he wanted to be back on the famous panel - after being absent last year.
He said: "I am really happy to be back on the BGT judging panel.
"I wasn't sure first of all if I wanted to do it, but now I've got stuck in it's a big, big difference being there from the beginning compared to last year when I just had to come in and do the live shows.
"You don't feel connected. Now I feel connected and I think the talent is better now that I am back."
Britain's Got Talent is back on our screens at 8pm this Saturday night!
