The One Direction boys were BOUND to get ribbed for their Britishness when they appeared on Nickelodeon show iCarly.
And sure enough in the episode of the show - which airs on Nickelodeon on Saturday - One Direction got the classic British sandwich joke cracked at their expense.
The 1D boys - Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan and Liam Payne - make a special guest appearance on iCarly, including playing their hit single 'What Makes You Beautiful'.
And we don't know if it's because they are acting amongst a bunch of Americans but the lads sounds AWFULLY posh in the clips we've seen.
And just to remind the American audiences that the X Factor stars do in fact come from the other side of the pond, iCarly star Miranda Cosgrove cracks a British joke.
She says: "We made you guys some British sandwiches if you're hungry."
Louis whips out his best acting skills and replies (while looking confused) "What are British sandwiches?"
To which Miranda replies: "Oh you know, they're just sandwiches that are...they have...they're just normal sandwiches."

Well that settles that then. We Brits do love a good sarnie.
The rest of the sneak peek - which is an exclusive to the US's J-14 magazine - shows Zayn getting cracked onto by Jennette McCurdy (well who wouldn't).
She says: "Guys, quick announcement. I am not currently dating anyone" before sidling up to Zayn Malik and nuzzling his ear.
And we also see Noah Munck offering Niall and Louis a foot tickle *lol* saying: "And I give good foot massages"
Err hello, we give good One Direction-style foot massages too!
