The hip hop beauty had to pull out of her scheduled sets at V Festival after suffering from strained vocal chords but angry fans wasted no time in airing their views on the matter.

Last night Nicki Minaj tired of the abuse and bit back with a sting in her tweets, posting: "I was in jeopardy of losing my voice entirely and needing surgery on my vocal chord. If u can't understand that, your mother's a WHORE!!!! [sic]"
And she didn't stop there, she rolled in the expletives to emphasize just how hurt she was: "However, if u have anything negative to say to me, please #EatS**tAndDie - I am human."

The wig-loving icon refused to lip-sync at the weekend and instead was forced to abandon her commitments and she appeared gutted to be in that situation tweeting:
"I will NOT let you people make me feel horrible for a f***ing HEALTH issue! That's what got me in this mess! I shldve listened 2 the doctor! [sic]"
On Sunday the star sent her love and respect to her fans on UK shores posting: "My beloved United Kingdom, u know how much I f**king love u! Ireland, I truly appreciate you. Barbz, thnku for the well wishes. [sic]"

Her sincerity continued with: "I am so thankful to my true fans who understand WHY I couldn't play #VFestival & WHY I can't play Dublin. Absolutely gutted

But these tweets were paired with another angry message to ensure the haters felt her wrath…
