Aston Merrygold celebrates birthday with JLS, makes wish for BRIT award

Happy Birthday Aston Merrygold!

The JLS cutie is 24-years-old today and celebrated last night by hitting the town with the rest of his boys.

The birthday boy was joined by fellow band members Marvin Humes, JB and Oritse as he partied at Auru club in London with popstar and friend Alexandra Burke.

And as well as lots of cocktails (see Aston looking rather jolly in Twitpic) the lads made sure he had a cake with a candle in it to go alongside.

But it looks like the one present Aston is after is a money-can't-buy one - a BRIT award at next week's bash.

The hottie tweeted this morning: "Dear birthday fairy wish genie person lady guy.. For my birthday could I have a Brit award for best single please.. Thanks Asto xx"
